Safari Xcode 1.5 Downloading Problems

When Finder's FTP or Safari gives the message that you are denied the connection or something to that effect, it usually means that there are no more FTP connection slots open. Problem really is that Safar/FTP does not give you the complete message, only the final part, so you are left feeling that something went wrong. FireFox on the other gives you the complete three part message and asks you to try again later.
