So the old Project Builder-based targets still use editors and the new
native Xcode targets use the inspectors in 1.5. I think this difference
is the problem you are experiencing. One nice shortcut to get you to a
target's properties is to just double-click on the target in the Groups
& Files view. This works for both types of targets.
As far as the differences in the UI between the editor and the
inspector. In the newer inspectors, much of the custom build settings
UI visible in the editor has been folded into the the settings table in
the Build tab.
