I have to agree with you. I was in the middle of re-organizing a "large" project and I would have to say this is a bigger problem than it sounds and (me asking nicely) should be fixed soon. ;-)

I do like the filtering on the detail view, it has made tracking down the headers much easier, but I have allot of headers and clicking that little checkbox to exclude them from the target was mind numbing. :-(

I hope someone out there, not paying attention, hasn't shipped any sensitive code. ;-)

It's still inconvenient; it's one more step now each time I add a class to a project, since I have to handle .h and .m files differently.
