I filed a bug report for this (3755521), but it was closed saying it
was the expected behavior. I appended information, but its state stayed
closed. So I created a new bug report for this (3763249).

If Apple do this, they mean that it IS expected behaviour. I have experience of this from other bug reporting [not Xcode].

However, the boys are human too, you know ;-) With sufficient weight
of reporting, a " bug " like the sticky build error icons WILL get fixed
eventually. Expect a " 1.5.1 " or similar in the near future.
