2click on executable (usually next after target)
put your parameters there
you can create your own executable and make it active too


Thanks for that - I've got it now.

Where I was going wrong was in setting the path to the executable, I was setting the path to the jar rather than using the path to the java runtime ('/usr/bin/java'). Doh!

So for anyone else who might want to do this the settings are:

Path:/usr/bin/java
Arguments: -jar foo.jar [args]
