How do I get Xcode to hilight PHP code properly?

I want to use Xcode to help manage the files in a PHP project I'm working on. There were a couple of files available for Project Builder to get it to hilight PHP source code properly:

  http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20030102061405474

But I can't figure out how to get these files to work with Xcode. Specifically, the files in that download are all under '/Developer/ProjectBuilder Extras':

Specifications/PHP.pbfilespec
Specifications/PHP.pblangspec
File Templates/PHP/PHP File.php
Project Templates/Web/Standard PHP web/images40777
Project Templates/Web/Standard PHP web/include40777
Project Templates/Web/Standard PHP web/index.php

But in Xcode, there is no ProjectBuilder Extras directory, and I can't find the other directories anywhere near or inside Xcode.

How do I get Xcode to hilight PHP source code properly?
