These features work for me - the file browser tells you what files need "help"
(adding, updating, etc). You can add files from XCode. You can update to the
head. It seems to me like you're throwing a fit about the lack of features when
the features are right in front of your nose.
Yes, files need to be in the project to keep the user informed, but I believe an
update covers the whole folders.
So, I suggest taking a step back, and reading the XCode documentation -there's
an entire section on CVS in the XCode Help - perhaps the fault lies not in
XCode, but that you're not thinking the XCode Way.
If it really really doesn't work how you want, there's always the option of
writing an Applescript Plugin for XCode. Or having some training time on how to
use CVS from the command line. :)
