CVS update issue

  • Subject: CVS update issue

Hi,

I'm using XCode for a project at work and have successfully integrated it. We use CVS to manage our source code. XCode seems to work fine in updating files that I've already checked out, but it doesn't seem to be able to check out new files that others have placed into the repository. The SCM panel shows that those file are in the repository and it places a "U" in front of them, but I don't know how to get XCode to download those files. Effectively I want XCode's SCM tool to do a "cvs update -dP".

What do I need to do to set XCode to download files that are in the repository but not in my local folder?

thanks,
-tom
