It looks like Xcode is caching too much.

I'm opening a ProjectBuilder project with Xcode and the result is that some files' reference are broken.

Once the references are fixed, if you try to build the project, Xcode will state the files are still missing.

The workaround is to quit Xcode and relaunch it and build.

Is this a known bug or is it worth filing a bug report?
