Yup. Source code fonts were way too small.
Additionally, I don't like it too much when the sender imposes his selection of fonts on me.
Usually I just skip mails that are hard to read ...
So I agree with Justin that plain text is the right format for email - and especially mailing lists - most of the time.
When you type a message in Mail.app using RTF format (the default) then two formatted versions of the message text will be generated and composed into one mail:
plain text and richt text.
So, when you receive the mail it is also up to you whether you want to view it as RTF or plain text.
IMO, as long as there is ALWAYS the alternative to view the message in plain text, i do really accept any other additionally formatted versions, however i do not like html very much.
Restricting ourself to ONLY plain text is IMHO unnecessary.
(this sentence is written in Curier 12, using RTF, as an example) ;-)
