Try PCCables.com, DVI-D from $16.00. I have purchased DVI-D and other cables from them.
That's fine if you know in advance or aren't under any preliminary deadlines. However I live in a fairly tech area and no stores around had a DVI-D at all and only one place had a reasonably priced DVI-I in stock. That's highly annoying.
