I think that's getting into NDA territory. So I'll not address that but will address the more generic situation. When you receive say a dual G5 Powermac you have to go through some installation processes before your user accounts are setup. That requires a monitor as there is a GUI involved. Once the installation of OSX is finished you can ssh in and use gcc.
I'll leave you to fill things in for the machine that must not be named.
