I'm pretty sure there's no way to do this from within Xcode, but you
should be able to set up a shell script build phase that runs before
any of your compiled targets to send whatever packets you like. The

When building with Xcode, is there anyway to get Xcode to send a
wake-on-LAN packet to wake up the computers that are supposed to be
connected for the purpose of parallel compiling? I have to do this
manually and it is a nuisance. Or perhaps there is a more elegant
way to wake up the computers, or maybe they don't actually need to
be awake in the first place. Is there a trick here?
