That's "just" a namespace error. Try "std::cout" or "using namespace
std;" and it should work.

<iostream> has been the standard for a long time. It would seem
very strange if your program isn't building with that. What
compiler error are you getting?

=>
error: `cout' undeclared (first use this function)
Works fine with "iostream.h".
