Assuming that the code is portable, and doesn't have any platform specific elements, yes. Xcode supports C. If it's a command line tool, it's usually not a big deal. If it's a Windows application that uses Win32 API calls, it's going to take alot more effort.

What is the application?   it may already be ported if it's OSS.
