Fastest solution:
- Point translators at the nearest Apple Store (Genius Bar)
+ They ask for the latest developer CD
+ They install the tools and and use IB directly

Why does your translator need to open NIBs? Give him .strings files
courtesy of nibtool (see its manpage for more information).
Yeah, but NIBs have way more context than text files. Translating a
bunch of string with no context is harder and gives worse results. I
could always take a whole load of screenshots I guess.
