No the issue is that an build setting (which is off by default) meant
for internal use at Apple was incorrectly revealed to external users.
Filing a bug that the build setting shows up is the best thing to do.

Yeah, thank you, I get that, but it's completely unrelated to the
issue. The issue is that some unimplemented (or partly implemented)
features are exposed in the UI, so users are not only forced to
deal with the features which do not work, they are also forced to
deal with the features which do nothing.
