Who has the "right" headers?

The theory is, you have a set of headers for the current OS in the traditional place (/usr/include/ etc.) and one SDK for each major OS release (10.1.5, 10.2.8, ...). So, you end up with several limit.h's on your platter. You choose one depending on your compatibility wishes.

Why there's an SDK for the latest OS as well is beyond me. In theory, headers in the 10.3.7 SDK should be exactly the same as in /usr/include/. One could think about future compatibility but then, 10.3.7 won't be the latest 10.3.x release so paths pointing to the 10.3.7 SDK will be invaidate in the future anyways.

Maybe I'm missing something.
