Hi,
I'm trying to get Shark to work with Java under XCode 2.1 and am
having no luck.
Every time I go to launch my java process using shark I get the
message 'shark for java activated' plus 'looking for shark for java
port' several times then I just get a dialog with 'warning - the
target process has already exited' and nothing. Here's a typical log:

The jar runs fine without shark, I have the command line arguments in
the shark 'launch' window as:
-XrunShark -jar <jar_name>
I understand from the archives I might need to update the CHUD tools
which I am currently downloading but if anyone else has any other
pointers I'd be very grateful. It's 11.30pm and I'm kind of bleary
eyed at the moment so testing the new CHUD download will probably
have to wait for the morning (yes, I know I'm a lightweight!)
best
