Since Tiger doesn't run stably with my environmen, I haven't used Xcode
2.x yet.
While running Xcode, 'delete' key is still recognized as '^?', I
eventually restart Xcode. Then fix.

Is it a source file to be compiled with gcc/g++/... ? Sounds like
you should check the text encoding of your file against a new one of
the same type (File Info, General tab).
Would you tell me how to remove the invisible characters?
Xcode -> Menu -> Format -> Show Control Characters, then use
Backspace.
