Like I said, the per-user preferences are _keyed_ on your login user name so it most definitively matters.


Check the files inside your Xcode project package if you want to verify what's going on.
What folder is that in? Is it in the Development folder?

No, inside the project file, your Foo.xcodeproj file. The project files are file packages, ie. they look like files, but really are folders containing other files.
