Apparently it's only for xcode 2.1 and they are still working on xcode 2.2 integration. I don't know if it has support for the functions pop-up that you want. The website is not clear about this, so you can write an email an ask the developer.

It doesn't, because as I said it is currently impossible for a third party to add such support to XCode (because this information is gathered by some internal parser in XCode which only supports C-like languages).
