Agreed. But at the same time, I think this kind of public discussion
also has benefits. It reminds me of the "CodeWarrior X Wishlist"
discussions we used to have on c.s.m.p.codewarrior.
So my wishlist is:
1) Speed speed speed! Xcode is so slow it makes me cry. I still use
CodeWarrior also and when I switch back to Xcode it's like someone
swapped my Dual G5 for a PowerMac 6100.
2) ToolTips in debugger (this should be easy, why has it not been done?
Patent issue maybe?)
3) Fix "Find in Files". It's slow, it's clumsy.
4) Fix FileMerge. Support multiple line endings, support mouse scroll
wheels, support syntax colouring, integrate it into Xcode (so I can
option-double click to go do docs, or check the file into scm right away).
5) Syntax colouring for my own classes and constants, like CW does.
