I don't know how to post to radar. Where can I do it?

1) Go to http://bugreporter.apple.com/

2) Log in with an adc account

3) The home tab will be useless to you, I assume it's for apple employees only. Click on the New Problem tab.

4) File the radar.

5) Check back regularly. Sometimes you need to provide more info.

Tips:

- Make the explanation short but accurate. If it can't be short, make a summary.

- Make the fix appealing. This is true for all ticket systems. If it's more appealing in words it might be fixed faster.

- A large percentage of your issues will be marked as a duplicate or works as intended. You cannot see the duplicate ticket (annoyingly).

If yours is marked as a duplicate, Apple will not contact you about it again, but don't assume you wasted your time. Apple prioritizes feature requests and fixes based on demand as indicated by the number of reports they get. If 100 people report a bug, 99 of those reports will be closed immediately as duplicates, but it's a lot more likely to get fixed than a bug reported by a single person.

- If you can attach screenshots (or test cases/code that show off the problem) that's helpful.

- Do not link to files that are on your website, rather, attach them. I know, this sounds silly, but some people need to be told.

Understand that Apple will be working from your report to address the issue, and file it in a way that let's them do that:

- Only address one problem per Radar entry. Including two or more issues in one Radar entry prevents them from assigning and tracking them individually.

- Be specific. Don't report vague things like "Xcode is slow." If it's a bug report they'll need to be able to reproduce it, just as you would if you were tracking down a bug, so tell them anything that could help them do so.

Understand up front that not all of your bugs will be fixed, and there can be many reasons for that. But if you file enough, some of them will get fixed.
