Not sure I follow the logic there. I'm not building Xcode, I'm building my
own project, which *isn't* localized in Japanese. In fact, even though there
is a Japanese.lproj folder in the project folder (this is the folder the
question is about), the project itself (as created directly from the
template) contains no reference to the MainMenu.nib or the infoPlist.strings
files contained within it. The Japanese.lproj folder is not being copied
into my built application. This is why it's hard to grasp why it is present
at all. However, I could be missing something obvious here.
