I am not sure if I followed all of this.
Just as a test, I have placed my 3rd Party Framework into /System/Library/Frameworks & MacOSX10.4u.sdk//System/Library/Frameworks. I then added the framework from the MacOSX10.4u.sdk path and from the /System path. I am still getting the same warning and crash.
Leaving aside the fact that you should be using /Library/Frameowrks (not /System/Library/Frameworks), the next thing to check is whether your framework install path is correct. Unfortunately in Mac OS X you can't just plop a framework down anywhere in the system and have it work. See Framework Programming Guide: Installing Your Framework, and set the Installation Directory build setting appropriately.
If you're continuing to have problems, please post the detailed build log of the framework and/or the app that uses it, and any console logs of launch-time errors.
