I saw this same problem yesterday when attempting to import a CW project
on my MacBook Pro. So I tried importing the same project on my G5
desktop and it worked fine.
I suspect there's a problem importing CW projects on Intel Macs.
Best,

Probably the best thing to do, but a bit time consuming…

I'm trying to import a project from CodeWarrior.
I get an "AppleScript Error / AppleScript error occurred when trying
to import the CodeWarrior project. Please check Console for further
details."
And from the Console:
2006-03-22 20:13:10.889 Xcode[8232] The importer failed to import
global source tree info for the following reason: (null)
2006-03-22 22:46:37.927 Xcode[8232] CodeWarrior XML export file not
generated for the following reason: (null)
Any help would be very appreciated!
I've had the same problems (using Xcode 2.1 back then), I eventually
gave up and built the project from scratch. Maybe the best choice
anyway, the successful CW imports I had earlier with simpler projects
had some really weird settings (like having -fno-inline set for the
Release configuration) and still required manual tweaking to build
successfully.
