When I make changes to a common xcconfig file, the subprojects that

Is there something that I need to do to get the dependencies to work
correctly with xcconfig files? Or is this a bug in Xcode?

I find that I have to either re-open the subprojects, or just quit Xcode and re-launch Xcode when changing configuration files that affect other projects.
