What are you building? If you are building a kernel extension, you need to download and use the 10.4 sdk instead of the 10.4u.sdk to build the PowerPC side. It's available from the ADC site, or on the Xcode 2.0 disk that shipped with Tiger.

I'm building a bundle that is used as a plug-in for a 3rd party app. The weirdest thing is that it works with 10.4 SDK but not with 10.4u SDK :-(
