Sampler wasn't working in the first place and I decided to
reinstall the tools. I figured I'd have better luck if I ran the
uninstall script included with the 2.2.1 installer first.
Hmm. That framework was removed by an earlier upgrade install or by
an older version of the uninstaller somewhere along the way. It
should be installed by the 2.2.1 installer.
I've never run the uninstaller script before. I've just been
upgrading the dev tools since I got this computer.
It's been a while since I had to debug this problem, and I don't
have the resources anymore to figure it out. Wish I could help, but
you have already tried what I would have done in your situation.
That's okay. I've gotten along just fine without it until now. It's
just that Apple engineers on the coreaudio list wanted to see the
output if possible. Thanks for trying, I appreciate it.
