Sampler wasn't working in the first place and I decided to
reinstall the tools. I figured I'd have better luck if I ran the
uninstall script included with the 2.2.1 installer first.
Hmm. That framework was removed by an earlier upgrade install or
by an older version of the uninstaller somewhere along the way. It
should be installed by the 2.2.1 installer.
I've never run the uninstaller script before. I've just been
upgrading the dev tools since I got this computer.
In that case, try running the uninstaller and then reinstalling Xcode
2.2.1. I bet that fixes the problem.
