How to save bookmarks from deletion when applying documentation update

Hi, I'm looking for a way or tool to save my bookmarks in XCode Documentation so they're not destroyed when I apply reference library updates from Apple. I've noticed this deletion when I applied the Sept 2006 update and I wish to avoid it before I apply the October 2006 update.

I've searched the FAQ for this mailing list and its archives without success. Appreciate any pointers, thanks.

- Chris
