Hi.

I want to improve the current Xcode support for the D programming language.

Specifically I want to rewrite the compiler spec file for gdc, that work
just as seamless as the standard compilers.

Where can I find documentation for how this is done? The example files I
have found seems to break with different Xcode versions, work poorly, or
not show up in the compiler list at all.

I don't know how useful this will be to you, but this page: http://developer.apple.com/leopard/overview/index.html mentions writing Xray/DTrace plug-ins in D. This may suggest D support in Xcode 3.0. Or, then again, maybe not.

Hmm... unfortunately not the same D :/.

I am refering to this D: http://www.digitalmars.com/d/
And this distribution for Mac OS X: http://gdcmac.sourceforge.net/

Unfortunately not the same. I always thought that the language I was
refering too should be called "Mars D" to avoid confusion.
