I've been told by Apple folk during WWDC not be discouraged by bugs
being marked as duplicate (and keep sending them even if I think
others have reported the issue) and to re-assert enhancement requests
with each major release.

Even though a bug may be marked as duplicate, if a lot of people are
requesting it -- it does help it show up on the radar (pun intended
<grin>).
