Hello List,

I was unsure which list was better suited than this, so I am asking here:

For most part, for an app running out of Xcode, stdout seems to go into ~/Library/Logs/appname.log.

However, for an app that I start as LoginItem, the output seems to go into system.log. Is this the intended behaviour? On 10.4, this went into the console.log

Are there ways I can log this output into ~/Library/Logs/appname.log?
