Running app with localized resources

  • Subject: Running app with localized resources

Given that I've chosen English as my main user interface language,
how can I run an instance of my App, with the main user interface language set
for example to Swedish? I know this setting can be passed in on the command line,
but I don't remeber in which book I've read it.

to go with the old grey Widow Maker. --Kipling, harp song of the Dane women
