Given that I've chosen English as my main user interface language,
how can I run an instance of my App, with the main user interface

for example to Swedish? I know this setting can be passed in on the

I think you can pass "-AppleLanguages("Swedish")" as argument when
launching your application.
To use Launch argument, change your settings in your executable
configuration in Xcode.
You can also launch your executable from the Terminal.
