Given that I've chosen English as my main user interface language,
how can I run an instance of my App, with the main user interface language set for example to Swedish?

I recommend using iLocalize <http://www.arizona-software.ch/ilocalize/> to do all Resources translation and control stuff. It's that easy.

Or just open "System Preferences > International > Language" and drag the desired language to top of the Languages list. Then you can run it from Xcode and it will show its GUI in the selected language.

(You might want to also adjust "System Preferences > International > Formats" if required.)
