I am able to check the project out to a different machine and xcode
is able to modify the files and save without error. Any ideas what I
should be checking on the dev machine with the problem? If I open
one of the project files within Xcode with no project file open I
still can not save it. Permissions on file are r+w.

I've restarted computer, removed xcode pref file, and done clean
build. None of that allows me to save a modified file in Xcode.
What am I failing to reset in Xcode to allow it to save again?
