[OT] Activity Monitor has no creator?

I just got an e-mail from a user in which he points out that Activity Monitor has creator signature '????'. I can't tell you why he noticed that, but he did. I know that little sample code applications and such don't warrant having a registered creator signature, but Activity Monitor doesn't fall into that category. Is there any reason I shouldn't file a bug for this?
