I came across a rather bizarre error. When typing the line "local/bin" in the text editor, it appears as "locabin". If I put the cursor before the "b" in bin, and backspace, the "/" is deleted, and the "l" reappears.
I've tested it with the rest of the alphabet. The disappearing act happens with both the lower and upper case of "L". If a lower case or uppercase "O" is used, it is replaced with an appropriate case "O" with a slash on it.
If I open the file up in bbedit, the file appears correctly. The does compile correctly.
This happened with both Xcode 2.4.1 and 2.5 on PPC. Xcode on Intel does not seem to have this bug.
Has anyone else seen this?
