None that I know of. There is a decent chance it's not too hard as
- the C++ lib is in Darwin sources (basically the gcc project)
- the libstdc++ headers are already Doxygen aware
- the latest Doxygen now is downloadable (the website failed for me
for months) and has the ability to generate docsets.
I simply didn't find the time to combine everything together.
