OT: What does '@' in file permissions mean?

Apologies for the off-topic post, but I haven't been able to find the answer to this.

What does the '@' mean in a file's permissions? I see this on some files and it appears random to me.

I've also seen an addition sign '+' as well.

Where can I find a cheat sheet of "non-standard" permission characters and what they mean?

I don't recall seeing this in OS X versions prior to Leopard, but maybe I just wasn't paying attention.

Rob
