Documentation navigation via 'Help'

Prior to Xcode 3.1 I made much use of the the Help menu to open specific documentation items from selected text in my code. Simple, straight forward, and quick. I assume that that basic capability remains hidden somewhere in 3.1 but I can't seem to find it.
