Yellow breakpoints

Xcode 3 has started to not be able to stop at breakpoints I have set. It turns them yellow and "ignores" them. Sometimes saving the file that's open in he editor gets around this. Sometimes quitting and restarting does but neither is reliable.

What is going on? How do I escape this? Debugging with print statements is NO fun.
