I did a "Run -> Start with Performance Tool -> Object Allocations" to make a quick check. Now I can find no way to cancel the operation -- i.e., keep Instruments from opening whenever I launch a Debugger Build and Go. I only want to check the object allocations every now&then and I need to cancel the Performance Tool activation. Help, this is driving me nuts.

The "Go" command will remember your last launch action. To make it do something new, just invoke the specific command from the Run menu (Debug, Run, et.c.).
