I don't know if I would consider this a bug though; when I first
assigned Cmd+Alt+F to my own item, it was removed from "View/Detail".
Now, when I removed it, I wasn't smart enough to set it back to
Cmd+Alt+F. I never noticed that this shortcut was an ordinary menu
item keyboard shortcut... I guess that's why I was puzzled.
