yep... that applies to me too. I'm using git.
So my SCM window is essentially dead :-(

It's a shame Xcode's SCM plugin API is private :(

Indeed. While we're at it, how about the build / run / test process?
But I digress... I'm still just looking for a way to reduce the number of files I have to wade through while I'm in "the zone".
