dynamic_cast without RTTI

  • Subject: dynamic_cast without RTTI

One of my programmers snuck in a dynamic_cast into an application. How come the compiler didn't catch this? I have Enable C++ Runtime Types OFF in the target.

(There were problems at runtime. Once it crashed, another time it just looped.)

Compiled on both Xcode 2.5 and 3.0.
