Xcode 3.0 SCM documentation

  • Subject: Xcode 3.0 SCM documentation

Many of you have noted that Xcode 3.0's documentation had not been updated to describe the new and modified Source Control Management functionality in 3.0.

I am happy to tell you, if you haven't seen it already, that new documentation is available online!

The easiest way to see it is to go to Xcode, Help -> Xcode News, and switch to the Xcode News / RSS tab. As of right now, the document "Guides: Xcode Source Management Guide" is in the "Hot News" slot at the top of the Xcode News tab area. Click it to go to the online document in your browser.

If it's not in the "Hot News" area by the time you read this, you can find it in the list in that same tab. The list is sorted by date, latest on top, and this document was released on February 5. Or, if it's not there either due to the passage of time, it should be available on the http://developer.apple.com website.
